The parcel came after 13 days, by Courier (Moscow region), but I think it's because the courier did not want to go so far... Here is what story: I ordered 27.04.. 29.04. I already came the first SMS that the parcel will be brought soon .. but five times there was a return (Type failed to deliver) ..((( Well, the quality is fine, the packing (box), the instruction in Russian language is, so everything is clear. I am a person who despises ironing, and recently moved to a different country, was thinking to buy an iron, but then though why not get a steam iron. This product is great! Easy to use, very nice to hold (the upper material is like soft touch rubber) it doesn’t look cheap at all, a very decent steamer for the price! Whenever I need to iron something I just plug it in, and in 15 seconds it’s good to go. After you press the button you have around 7seconds of steam, then it needs to recharge for about 5 sec. I took it for ironing T-shirt’s mostly and it does the job perfectly. The T-shirt took me around 30sec to iron, the trousers around 1min. Be cautious of the water you use though, tap water even file trees may leave white stains if it has a lot of minerals in it.
